Where can I buy a hand held drill to fit diamond drill bits sizes 60-80?

I bought some diamond drill bits sizes 60-80 to drill stones for jewelry making. However the bits are very tiny. I need a special hand held drill to use with these drill bits. A regular hand held drill is too big. Where can I buy a drill that will fit these bits?
