I believe this is just a mis-conception. Either you mean go to Distortion world or you mean how do you catch Palkia "Diety of Space".



Palkia is covered in the Pearl story-line.

I think you r thinking of pokemon emerald, where u go 2 spce to catch Jirachi, but, no you cant go to space in the 4th generation games.
@Tots. You cant go into space in the 3rd generation either, that was just a lie you can only obtain Jirachi from a special event or trading it.
