Welcome to the legions of others who have their kids birthdays there. Most parents don't like it because most kids will pick up a cold or worse after they go there. I've been to some very clean ones and some very dirty ones. If you have not been -- you should visit the one you plan to host it at and make sure it is not going to gross you out.
Other than that -- if you have your heart set on it, there isn't much more to suggest because Chuck E supplies everything else.
But these are the things I recommend...
Their cakes are lame, so bring your own.
Don't cheap out on the tokens -- buy even more than what the package gives you.
Buy salad bar for the adults -- I don't like my kids to just eat pizza, so it's nice to be able to throw some veggies on their plate also.
Buy beer for the adults so they aren't so uptight.
A cute craft, if you want, buy little bags the kids can decorate and carry their tokens/tickets around in them.I'm going to have my son's birthday party at Chuckecheese, any suggestions?
we may not like chucke cheese, but the kids love it. Just make sure you don't invite a whole heap of kids, you may go broke in there. have plenty of game money. Have fun and tell him Happy Birthday for me!I'm going to have my son's birthday party at Chuckecheese, any suggestions?
Depending on the age, he could really like it. Great for kids 8 and under who have a lot of energy to burn off.
Suggestions?
DON"T GO!!!
Have your own party at home.
Use the money that you save yourself to buy some treats for the kids. They will like it better.
Kids are weird though, so maybe not.I'm going to have my son's birthday party at Chuckecheese, any suggestions?
Prepare to chuck up some cheese!
Be ready for a loud, overpriced, crazy, rushed time with b-day cake that is not tasty at all. If your child does not like characters, let them know so that they won't send Chucke to your child's table. Also be prepared for people to bring extra kids (other than the ones you invited, like siblings, that you will also be charged for.I'm going to have my son's birthday party at Chuckecheese, any suggestions?
No bad, pretty fun for the kids. If you drink beer or wine, I would suggest a glass or two to relax ya a little bit as it can get a little hectic at times.
its a very fun place for kids
Wow...is Chuckee Cheese still around. Had my daughter's 3rd birthday party there 20 years ago. Can't imagine it has gotten much better. But don't take the word of an adult...the kids will love it, as long as they are all under the age of 6. Expensive and pretty hokey for what you get, but the kids love the animation. The adults love the bowling game. Be prepared for some whining over who has the most tokens :)
Have a wonderful time.
Eat before you go. I hate their food.
Have one parent near the door to check that none of your kids leave with anyone other than their parents. I think it would be so easy to kidnap a kid there.
Suggestions for what?
Have fun.
at up chuck e cheese
sounds like a mess
Have birthday cake and friends open presents
yes.... wear shin pads, helmet, and pray.... seriously.... did that for my neise and it was a nightmare
DON'T!!! If you want screaming children, bad pizza and germs, you can stay home!!!
have lots of money for them to buy tokens for the games.
make sure they stamp the hands properly. My kids love it there but I hate it. Their staff sucks.
Chuckecheese's is a nasty place. Dirty and filthy, certainly on the list of "unclean" places. Other unclean places are trailer parks, section 8 housing, k-mart, wal-mart (any place with a "mart" ending on it's name) and Church's Chicken.
Personally, I like to have the children's birthday parties at my lovely home and the other mothers and I caravan to the indoor go-kart track and laser tag arena. But that's just me I guess.
Take hand sanitizer with you and have the kids clean their hands before they eat, those toys at Chuckie's are filthy.
I suggest you dont! Coz its naaaaffffffffff!
Don't go!!!!! The food is kind of nasty and the characters give me the chills! I get really scared when I go there. Some of the waitresses are a little bossy and preppy, and a little mean. Don't do there, it is the biggest mistake you've ever made! Have a nice party at home w/ presents, friends, cake, etc... It's is much funner!
ARE YOU NUTS? Ever been IN Chuckecheese's? I went ONCE back in about 1978 or so. That was enough. I'd rather sit in the middle of a fire fight in the South Vietnamese jungle than go through that again!
buy alot food because i went to a party they onnly had one slie per kid and no food for adults
make sure the kids wear shoes that r easy to put on because if there are gonna play on the jungle gym they will consantly be taking on and off there shoes!!
(yeah the pizza is nasty!)
Bring LOTS of money (pereferably cash for the tokens)its easier that way...
Hope i helped!!
Vote as best plz!!
eat b4 you go...lol, the pizza is disgusting.
once all the kids arrive, have them eat right away then do the cake immediately following before the kids run off to play. You won't get them altogether again. I had my daughter's birthday there last month - it was nonstop. I brought the presents home to open because it was too hectic, and again, the kids were not altogether after the food/cake.
Bring tons of cash lol its expensive to play all those little games!!!
mushrooms and black olives.
