My daughter 3rd B-Day is coming up ...?

Anyone have any suggestion or idea.... we been to chuckecheese, park, at my parents place... amusement park is too expensive...My daughter 3rd B-Day is coming up ...?
they say, one guest for every year your child is, i.e. 3 for your daughter, and playing games, with cake/ice cream, and more play, usually lasting one hour, is about all their attention spans can deal with.

Chuck e cheese, (with that creepy rat) is like sensory overlaod, even for a 7 yr. old.

Keep it simple. and remember,

Any gathering to kids is fun. My daughters bday is in may so sometimes we have cookouts and invite family and some friends, have some ice cream or if you can rent one of the moon walk things Kids love those, anything with some friends and lil games they can play

Just invite a few of her little friends and their moms over put the Wiggles on and supply plenty of chips, lollies, ice-cream and birthday cake. She is only 3. Anything more might overwhelm her and be a waste of good money.
I have been to some parties lately where they have crafts parties, and one at a build a bear workshop, by me there is a place where they can pick out there own piece of pottery and paint it. And we are doing a water park this year for my daughters 3rd birthday.
rent a costume of barney or dora the explorer..or maybe hire a magician,i did that for my daughter at that age,the kids were mezmerised!!!!good luck!!
you can always do a home party (thats wat minez were lyk) wid pass the parcel and pin the tail on the donkey..............or u culd try a place lyk Clown Town (http://www.clowntown.co.uk)which is an indoor playground with 3 levels of slides, aerial runways, ball pits, and rope climbs all suitable for children aged 3, and its not that expensive. They also have a toddlers area !
Have a party at home with all of her friends and family. Whatever is her favorite cartoon character is, make that the theme of the party. She's gonna flip if you buy a cake of the same character she loves. It works, trust me. Besides, she will be 3 years old. Chances are she may not remember the party and it's not so hard entertaining kids. Another cheap but fun activity, pinatas! They come in every character imaginable. Good luck!
