Help Identifying old arcade game?

i use to play this all the time at a chuckecheese a log time ago. all i can remember is you play as a mouse or so and you jump across the screen on powerlines and other objects and there is a mean dog at the bottom of the screen. any help would be nice. thanksHelp Identifying old arcade game?
