The line looks like a crack, like a line of marking using a needle, but the diamond itself looks pretty still. Is it because it is a less expensive diamond? or is it cracked? I don't remember seeing it while we bought it. To put your mind at ease, they should be able to show you this record. If the diamond just needs cleaning, they will be able to take care of that also.



If they do none of the above and give you the run around, walk out the door and find a good, reputable jeweler to check your ring. They won't be able to honor any warranty, but they can certainly check and/or clean the ring.
