My girlfriend is adamant that she does not want a "blood diamond." She wants a substitute diamond that looks as close to the real thing as possible. Naturally, she doesn't know what that is and neither do I. "Blood diamonds" are diamonds sold to finance a war or other conflict. Cubic Zirconia or any honest dealer can sell you a diamond that doesn't finance a war.

quartz is a generic diamond and its about as close as u can get and they r in expensive too they come in different sizes and shapes just like a diamond
