Environmental Science Questions! Please Help?

2. Educate population in better behaviors; design systems so that recycling is easy - example why dont city waste colletions wont pickup car batteries - these are almost 100% recyclable. Why do they take steel/metal again these are recyclable.

Finally all product design must include a disposal plan. For exaample a Tv should be desined so the platics can be easy separted from the metal; the heavy metals from the wires and glass. That way it will more economical to recycle.

City should allow "junk men" to pickup metals and other itmes off the curb. Many will ticket you for this.



3. Industrial Revolution. NO thought at all given to pollution. Steel mills of Cleveland and Pittsubugh spewed soot and gaes with not concern. Oli Companies; mining companies used toxic materials in theri processing and did not have to control them; just dumped them into rivers.
