What do you think is our world's number one environmental problem?

An over population of people. The human race is expanding rapidly and may reach the point that the ecology of the world may be destroyed by them. It seems to have already started. The western world has sent our medicines to primitive people without giving them the knowledge to control the population that was controlled by short lifespans pre-western medicine. What do you think is our world's number one environmental problem?Fuel. At the rate we are using fuel most of our energy will be gone in the next century. We need to begin searching for alternative sources of fuel. Some people will tell you global warming, but this will not have a huge affect on us as soon, but It is another concern. What do you think is our world's number one environmental problem?Yep to many people, fossil fuels and commercialism. they will just let it go until it destroyes its self because now one will vote for someone who is a population controller, and I'm not completely shore an alternative to fossel fuels will be found soon. What do you think is our world's number one environmental problem?Too many people. It doesn't matter how much you conserve. For instance, if everyone reduced consumption by even 50%, and the population doubled, there would be no change. What do you think is our world's number one environmental problem?
The avalibility of fresh water for drinking. We will run out of drinking water long before we run out of fossil fuels. I would say unless we could commercialiaze some cheap way to make salt water fresh water.
