There are no US events planned at this time as far as I know, but they're offering Darkrai with purchase of the 10th Movie in Japan.

If there's an event planned in the US, it will probably be very limited but if you're near NYC you can always try Nintendo World (old Pokemon Center), they usually do stuff there when/if they do it. I got all of the 10th anniversary Pokemon and it was not easy, I'll tell you that!
