Why cant I transfer my Diamond pokemon to White?

I can do it with my Pokemon gold but when I try with pokemon diamond it says something along the lines of there is no pokemon on the game able to transfer or something.. But i checked it and everything is there and i havent had any problems with the game.Why cant I transfer my Diamond pokemon to White?Check to see if your pokemon are holding items or have HM moves, if they do you will not be able to trade them over. Also, if it is your last pokemon you cant.Why cant I transfer my Diamond pokemon to White?You need to the beat elite four and be the champion of both game versions to be able to transfer Pokemon from Diamond to White/Black. Then in your Pokemon White/Black game go to the Poke Transfer Lab which is located west (to the left) of White Forest (for Pokemon white) or Black City (Pokemon Black). After talking to the scientist inside, he'll explain that once you Pokemon transfer from Diamond to Black/White you cannot trade back. You also cannot transfer the Pokemon if it knows an HM move.



To transfer you will need two DS systems. One with Pokemon White and one with Pokemon Diamond. The system with the Pokemon White will send out a download play so the other DS, with Pokemon diamond in it, can pick it up and then you can start transferring.
