Is Diamond Publishing a scam or are people mad at poor business?

I was booked for a commercial in ny and they said that i was going to have to pay a fee for the company "discover me" in order to officially accept my booking. i was asked 25 bux for this 1 month membership program. also diamond publishing said they would provide me with travel and hotel if i needed it. is this a scam? i dont know how to use the BBB website so i can look it up.Is Diamond Publishing a scam or are people mad at poor business?You never pay to get a commercial, the agency gets a cut of your pay after you get the job. If you have to pay first its a scam, they get paid only after you get paid never before
