Is there a way to find Arceus or Jirachu in Pokemon Diamond without cheating?

I have a really good team in diamond but i want to see if I can get any legendaries ..Is there a way to find Arceus or Jirachu in Pokemon Diamond without cheating?There isn't a legal way to obtain a LEGAL english Arceus in any Pokemon game at all (yes that includes diamond). I hate to say it to you, but you have to cheat if you really want an Arceus badly.



There were several events that gave away a Jirachi, but because most of them are over already, the only other way to get a Jirachi is to trade with someone who has one, or cheat again.
