One of my local Jewelers is saying "he imports his diamonds from India" and therefore that guarantees they're conflict free. The fact that this diamond comes from India is absolutely no guarantee that it is supervised through Kimberly Process procedures. Diamond Rough comes from various places outside of Africa. Canada, Australia, Russia and parts of Africa. However, the cutting and polish manufacturers are in Belgium, India, China and Russia too.
