Are Absolute Diamond like the highest clarity in diamonds?

I know Absolute shine like the highest clarity but is it like very hight clarity like the highest as diamond? Are Absolute Diamond like the highest clarity in diamonds?Rudi has it right! Many large retailers will label their diamond with a trademarked trait to help differentiate it from the competition. You will often see this with diamond Cut as well. This leads you to believe you are getting something BETTER than the industry standard where in reality you are just getting something different. The issue that arises is that DIFFERENT is not necessarily better and unfortunately not measurable.

When shopping for a diamond and selecting a Clarity, stick with the standards - the standards being defined by

(1) Flawless or Internally Flawless [FL - IF]

(2) Very Very Small Inclusion [VVS1 - VVS2]

(3) Very Small Inclusion [VS1 - VS2]

(4) Small Inclusion [SI1 - SI2]

(5) Imperfect [I1 - I2 - I3]

Here's a helpful chart that details the standard grading:

The advantage of sticking with the industry standard Clarity grading scheme is that all gem certifying entities (such as GIA, AGS, EGL) abide by these standards so you know exactly what you are getting (i.e. there is no room for interpretation as to what "Flawless" refers to). Likewise, downstream entities such as retailers and insurers also follow these standards. Are Absolute Diamond like the highest clarity in diamonds?I'm not sure where you saw the "Absolute Diamond", however I am guessing Home Shopping Network.

Absolute is the trademarked name for the Home Shopping Network simulated diamond .Thus, it's a flawless, high clarity cubic zirconia; But it's not a real diamond. The highest clarity you can have in a diamond is, of course Flawless, denoted in by a FL on a certification, such as GIA. If a good size diamond is truly flawless, it would most probably be certified as such.
